This is the most craziest situation I’ve ever been, anyone who tries to hire this lawyer please save yourself the trouble and go find someone else because his a scam. So called Richard Clark acted like he was so nice from the very beginning on trying to help a family member of mine with a legal case and said we had to pay him 3,000 dollars up front and it was the weekend so we were trying to hire any lawyer we could find and we went there to meet him at his office so we could pay him and in the end he did not even represent him and a week later we try to call him about the money as he made sure to tell us that if he didn’t represent him he would be paying us back and only charging us for the hours that we had to use him. Let me remind you he blocked all of our numbers and when I call him through a different phone he is completely disrespectful and hangs up the phone. ANYONE LOOKING FOR A LAWYER PLEASE DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR and don’t get scammed by this clown. This is ridiculous he shouldn’t be allowed to practice law anywhere because he scams and takes advantage of peoples money. True story�.

Before hiring Rich as my attorney my divorce we still pending 1 year after filing and we had already gone through mediation and failed.
