I worked with Bradley Crittenden and others over the last year to execute a difficult estate foreclosure on a private mortgage loan. The entire firm was great. They were professional, prompt, and conscientious. Brad in particular helped to ensure a better than expected resolution. I highly recommend this firm.
I hired Brooks Foster to represent my family on a litigation matter threatening real property. We were getting no traction as a pro se litigants. Partner Brooks Foster is a wonderful writer and represented us through summary judgment and on appeal, where we prevailed. The caliber of the work done by Brooks, Bradley and Skye on the appeal was very very good; however, the firm is expensive (exceeding budget by $10,000). I would use them on the most important of legal issues, but may be too expensive on other less vital matters. My wife remains a client.
My attorney was fired by the group, then they replaced him for my case with another attorney. The replacement attorney is very unhelpful and adversarial. I think he’s irritated that he got stuck with my case. He didn’t even know what state my case was in and sent me case law that was not even correct. but happy to charge me! Not pleases with this representation.
