In spite of communicating over the telephone and e-mail with the Paralegal and providing the ‘evidence’ requested by this law firm, the firm sends over a generic email that reads, “We have reviewed your information and regret to inform you that our firm cannot handle this matter.” Such a waste of time. My recommendation is to seek representation from another firm.
