Hands down the worst experience of my life. My daughter has been kept from me for a year. My divorce and child custody were all I needed. It started with David Castro being a complete and utterly useless individual. Between him and his paralegal they kept mixing up my paperwork. Took make it better I requested a new attorney and they assured me a discount and true help would make me feel better. So dumb of me I added 2 additional services to bring my bill up to $8,000. Fernanda in billing waited until just now 4 pm to let me know they don’t have an attorney for me. I have court first thing in the morning day after tomorrow. I called the main office and they assured me someone from my area would call me In 10 minutes. It has now been an hour and close to closing time and I still don’t know what I’m going to do for court.

I’m giving 1 star only so I can write this review. If you want a unprofessional, unethical attorney he is the one for you. I worked with this attorney for a year while he was employed by a Law Firm based out of the LA area. He was a sole attorney for their Fresno office. While employed by them he ran his own firm on the side (something he wasn’t supposed to do) He lied to his employer and stole clients from them. additionally he stole money from clients. He would charge them for representation and leave them high and dry and not complete the work he was paid for. I had been a paralegal for over 27 years. The experience of working with this slimy, unethical attorney was so disturbing I left the legal field. I would strongly encourage anyone considering him as your attorney DON’T DO IT!!

I had a family law case back in 2016 that was settled in january of 2017. Mark Castro represented me. Not only did he not file my judgement in the court but he purposely ignored my messages and moved into a different location. I contacted him months and months to no response. I went down to the courthouse and the court has no record of my case on file. Its pretty frustrating spending so much money on an attorney who drops the ball on your case and then does not even give you your paperwork. Do not invest in him unless you want to throw away money.
