I was falsely arrested for a DWI. When the blood draw came back negative, I assumed Mr. Cardon would be able to get the case dismissed without a trial. Rather, him and the Commonwealth collaborated and he attempted to pressure me into a plea deal that included one year suspended jail time. The case ended up getting extended twice, and when I would express concern over how immoral the Commonwealth was Mr. Cardon would be irate and upset, stating how good of a person she is and how she would one day be a defense attorney like him. She ended up throwing the case out one minute before trial, and I believe Mr. Cardon was in on this plan the entire time. I hired Mr. Cardon on May 1st, 2023 as I was arrested for a DWI on April 30th, 2023. This was a false arrest, and my excessive talking out of nervousness is what caused the officer to believe I was on a drug. In August 2023, the blood draw came back negative, however, the prosecutor, Molly Bricker, wanted to move forward with my case despite the lack of direct evidence.
