A very respectable and responsible lawyer who do his job properly.
Very talented and experienced!
Thank you for being very focus and sharp to make me win my case !
I highly recommend him !
I was falsely arrested for a DWI. When the blood draw came back negative, I assumed Mr. Cardon would be able to get the case dismissed without a trial. Rather, him and the Commonwealth collaborated and he attempted to pressure me into a plea deal that included one year suspended jail time. The case ended up getting extended twice, and when I would express concern over how immoral the Commonwealth was Mr. Cardon would be irate and upset, stating how good of a person she is and how she would one day be a defense attorney like him. She ended up throwing the case out one minute before trial, and I believe Mr. Cardon was in on this plan the entire time. If you would like further information, please text me at 757-403-3968 and I can provide documentation of how my case kept getting extended alongside Mr. Cardon attempting to persuade me to take the plea bargain despite no evidence.
I hired Mr. Cardon on May 1st, 2023 as I was arrested for a DWI on April 30th, 2023. This was a false arrest, and my excessive talking out of nervousness is what caused the officer to believe I was on a drug. In August 2023, the blood draw came back negative, however, the prosecutor, Molly Bricker, wanted to move forward with my case despite the lack of direct evidence. The plea bargain presented was a reckless driving ticket and one year suspended jail time, and Mr. Cardon attempted to persuade me both verbally and through documented text messages to take this deal.
My dad and I sat down with Joel Kinney of Doummar Law who told us not to take that plea bargain due to the lack of evidence to support my charge. My case was extended twice, once in August due to Mr. Cardon being out of town, and again in October due to the officer being called to a fatal car accident. When we went to court in December, the prosecutor, Molly Bricker, dropped my charge one minute before the trial. I moved forward with Joel Kinney of Doummar Law as my expungement lawyer, and the expungement process was smooth, easy, and quick, as a case with zero evidence should be.
