It’s been 20 years this past June since my 1st back surgery. I’ve known Mr. Fouts for 25 years. He has faced workman’s comp. and the Judge 3 times and I have won every decision! The last decision involved an IME , the Judge questioned the reasoning of the private medical examiner and the lack of humanity in his recommendation! I had my SSI hearing in 2005 and Thanks to Mr. Fouts, I was awarded disability right then and there while in front of the Judge! Recommendation? Suggestion? For me it’s a no brainier! Bussey and Fouts
