This may be long, but necessary. As my case is ongoing, I must say that I have received nothing less than incredible care, professionalism, friendliness, and warmth from this office over the last 14 or so months. Derek Aswell and his paralegal team Danielle and Donna have been so touching to my life and I’m eternally grateful for the care I’ve received thus far and know I will continue to receive. They just brought on a new paralegal, Jamie, who I know after meeting will be just as well as they are. This office, and these attorneys and paralegals and even their receptionist make you feel at home immediately and forevermore. I was scared and doubtful at such a young age to obtain an attorney for my maritime injuries sustained. I can say wholeheartedly since feeling that way, that is has been the most important decision I’ve made and all involved are fighting hard while working long hours on my case.
