Husband called him to let him know someone was using his name to commit fraud and the guy was to arrogant to listen. When my husband finally got his attention he acted like he didn’t care.

Mr. Roche is an excellent lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone seeking a plaintiff’s lawyer in an injury or other liability case. He represented me well, with respect and guidance throughout the process. He knows the tort and liability area well and is superior to anyone else of whom I have heard. I needed someone familiar with mild concussions and one who took me seriously, which he did. He also is very professional in his approach and treated the others involved in the case with respect. I also want to say that his office administrator/paralegal is also excellent. They are a great team and she was instrumental as well in encouraging me and preparing what he needed to represent me. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Roche.

Brien is also a no-nonsense “professional” with an extensive and successful law practice.
