Even before my accident, I had substantial pain and limitations in my left shoulder. When I was rear-ended, my shoulder got much worse, but I made the mistake of telling the insurance company that I already needed shoulder surgery prior to the accident. Despite this, Adam worked with my medical providers, reviewed my medical records with them, and got them to agree that I was in fact NOT surgical prior to the accident–but I certainly was afterward.
