I have worked with Breakstone, White & Gluck as an expert consultant on several occasions on questions relating to emergency room medicine and other medical questions. David White, Marc Breakstone, and Ron Gluck are three excellent lawyers. They understand technical and medical issues at an advanced level, and are able to bring the strongest liability and damages cases on behalf of their clients. Marc Breakstone and I have similar law practices but with several nuanced differences where I rely upon him for his expertise. Over the course of 30 years or so, I have referred many cases to him that deal specifically with medical malpractice. This is our honest review where me and my family stand behind it. Reza Breakstone represented my wife and son in two separate cases. He did an excellent job representing each of them, keeping our family informed of the status of each case, and bringing both cases to a successful resolution. Reza spent a great deal of time talking with our family at each stage of the process, presenting options and paths ahead, and ultimately providing his guidance based on his training and experience.
