I have filed multiple reports with the American bar association, the Mississippi bar association, the Mississippi disciplinary agency. I HAVE EVERY MINUTE OF OUR CONVERSATIONS ON AUDIO RECORD. Thomas brame NEVER represented me in a case. I NEVER agreed to hire Thomas brame as my representation. I called for what i was told was a free consultation to determine wether i wanted to hire him. After feeling extremely uncomfortable with his lack of professionalism and blatantly sketchy behavior, i chose to go with a different attorney. I NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT. He DID NOT represent me in my case. He did not assist or show up to my court case. I won the case open and shut with the attorney I hired, which was NOT Thomas Brame. I have spoken with my attorney in Mississippi and there are NO grounds for the alleged charges that are owed. I have been told by 3 attorneys in Mississippi that Thomas Brame is just trying to extort money from me, because he likely thinks i do not understand the legal system. There are no grounds for sending a bill for nearly $900 over a year and a half after NEVER BEING REPRESENTED BY THOMAS BRAME. Thomas Brame has even gone as far as contacting my family and mother in hopes that they would be caught off guard and pay the fees he is trying to blatantly extort. I will not be extorted and have already spoken with multiple other attorn the regarding this matter and it is COMPLETELY inappropriate to harass me for a year and a half because i got a free consultation. I will be pursuing legal recourse against Thomas Brame to every capacity. The harassment and extortion must come to an end immediately, or i will fight this in court to the best of me, and my attorneys abilities. Do not harass me or my family ever again Thomas Brame. You never represented me, there was no verbal or written contract, you were never my representative and you did not assist in my case, you did not even show up to court. You have absolutely no grounds for sending me this fee, and if you choose to continually harass me and try to extort me, i will pursue legal recourse through every outlet available. The Mississippi bar association, American bar association, and the Mississippi disciplinary agency will be contacting you shortly. They are fully aware of the situation and i highly recommend you do not try to extort me again or i will continuously follow up with these agencies to ensure you aren’t trying to extort any other citizens. THOMAS BRAME HAS HARASSED AND ATTEMPTED TO EXTORT ME EVEN WHEN I NEVER VERBALLY AGREED TO REPRESENTATION OR NEVER SIGNED ANY DOCUMENTATION OF HIRING HIM. He preyed on the me because he thinks I don’t have a full understanding of the law, and that is completely unacceptable. Do not contact me again, or you’ll be speaking to MY ACTUAL attorney regarding this matter.
