dBradley Morin has questionable ethics to say the least. Parents are being found in contempt in the our courts for not having the resources to pay Bradley Morin’s debt accrued by the other parent. As a Maine parent uses public assistance for food, Bradley is using public resources to arrest parents in the presence of their children to collect his company debt. These are truths backed by facts and evidence. What would happen if Citi Bank were able to arrest people carrying unaffordable debt while qualifying for food stamps? Consider helping to advance Bradley’s Law; a set of rules to prevent attorneys from transferring and using the best interest of children to arrest and hold parents for debt they cannot afford. Bradley’s Law must pass to protect Maine families.
