Please Please people, do yourself a favor and run far from Eric Benner and don’t look back. Find someone else. Your mailman would be a better choice and I’m not trying to be funny!! if he was referred to you, run for the hills. He has no interest in resolving your divorce. He’s only interested in filling his pockets. He will drag it out and take his time. Good Heavens, there really are people like this in Indiana. It’s Eric Benner. A painless simple divorce took 3 1/2 years & cost me 20K in the end. I fired him & worked with the attorney of the woman I was divorcing…it was that bad. At least her attorney got it done. NO JOKE FOLKS. I should write a book about this guy. Hell…sell it Hollywood…it would a good movie at least. SUCH a pathetic experience working with such a shameful man. This guy like I said…run for the hills. I’ve never met anyone in my life so unethical!! You’re welcome….I just put 10K+ (at a minimum) back your pocket!!!!!

They’re lawyers! They have the most thankless job in the world, but having been engaged with them on a couple of cases, I can say these attorneys are world-class! Every person with whom I have interacted at this firm seemed honest, forthright, and reliable. What more could one ask for? I mean, not going to court would be great, but if you have to go, then I strongly urge you to take one of the attorneys from Pickering, Benner, Becker, and Hixson. (My personal favorite is Tim Hixson, but, again, they all seem lovely) along with you. Update: 5 years later. I’ve had some chronic family law issues, and in all the time I’ve engaged this firm, I’ve been absolutely thankful that I have and grateful for their expertise. They’ve a diverse practice all in one place, and they are exceptionally good at engaging all aspects of the law when trying one’s case. I hope you never need an attorney, but if you should, I 13/10 recommend!!!!!
