They did an extensive intake claim, set an appt., took $300 to listen only to tell me they are trial attorneys. When I did a follow- up call they said they will schedule another appt. but after two attempts response was”I’m sorry I don’t have my calendar” by the girl who schedules call from her home??? I have not heard back after 2 weeks. So they scammed me out of $300 only to say they are trial attorneys
This law firm is a complete scam. Do not use them. They will first say that they get paid at the end when you win and then half way through will tell you that you need to pay and that they have been charging you interest and will continue to even as you make payments until lawsuit is over. They are the stereotypical predator lawyers. They are also super lazy and do not fight for their clients. Please save yourself and go with someone else.
While I came from a family where no one had a degree, I have a PhD. Still, I was really scared when I decided to sue an employer for age and gender discrimination. I did not know any lawyers growing up. Lawyers, to me, were those mean, shifty people who we all watched on sitcoms and TV courtroom dramas. They were those unethical people about whom lawyer jokes were written. I was pleasantly surprised to see quite the opposite when Bohm Law Group represented me. Everyone with whom I worked at Bohm had so much integrity and follow-through. Every time I felt unsure about proceeding, Bohm lawyers would talk me off the ledge. They carefully explained the details of the journey—every step of the way. When I timidly made my way to the final mediation meeting, I felt empowered. I was flanked by two competent, civil rights lawyers from Bohm. Bohm lawyers took advantage of every opportunity possible to flex their legal muscles to ensure that I received the maximum settlement. In the end, I felt like a victor, rather than a victim.
