Jim Bickerton treats his clients like trash. I was one of them but left due to the unprofessional conduct of that firm. Bickerton and Robert Miyashita must always have “client control” which includes preventing the client from knowing what’s going on with the case, not providing the pleadings and not allowing the client to have ANY say in their own lawsuit. But the client has a right to know and a right to make decisions under the rules of professional ethics governed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel. Do yourself a huge favor and shop around where the arrogancy can’t be cut with a knife.

My experience with Bickerton Law Group exceeded all of my expectations. I was in a serious car accident. Jeremy was always very responsive to my questions and concerns.
