I have never been a fan of lawyers, until Bentoff & Duber. I had a serious accident on a job. I fell 20ft onto a concrete floor and suffered serious injuries. Workman’s Comp denied me, I couldn’t work, I lost everything and still needed medical treatment. My first lawyer never listened to me, was dismissive and honestly wasn’t trying to help me. He got some money and was gone. I received a letter from Bentoff and Duber saying that they thought there was more that they could help me with. At that point I had lost everything and figured it didn’t matter anyway so why not give them a chance. I WISH I WOULD HAVE HAD THEM FROM THE BEGINNING!!! No one has helped me more through out this nightmare than these wonderful people!! I was going through a hard time, I was horrible as a client and they have stood by my side!! They got me permanent partial disability payments, back pay, they arranged awesome doctors and therapists, and gave me hope. I don’t know where I would be today without their help. Jennifer Bolton is who takes care of everything for me and she is excellent. She has put up with me being difficult at times and has never been anything but kind and professional. I tell everyone I can that these are the lawyers you need. Don’t make the mistake I did, get Bentoff and Duber first!!!
