Craig handled and successfully settled a DBA case for me. From our first contact he was professional and realistic in explaining the entire process and potential outcomes. These cases, I found out, can drag on longer than anticipated especially with the unethical, yet legal delaying tactics, used to force you into economic desperation, thereby forcing you to settle. Craig always explained the options available, specific to my case, and in no way pressured me either way. He offered suggestions and explained strategies. The settlement negotiations lasted a full ten hours and were skillfully handled by him. He is a busy guy and sometimes hard to get ahold of but when it mattered he made sure I was well briefed and we were both prepared. I have recommend him frequently in DBA cases.

I cannot find the words needed to say how outstanding Benner law firm is! Craig is just the person I needed for my case. His team was always there and had updates when I needed them. I recommend them 150% if you need help with your DBA case. Like I said I can not find the words that would explain everything they did for me and my family. Benner law firm is the one you want when it’s all on the line. Absolutely the best.
