If I could get negative stars I would. I called to get hourly rates and Ms. Bear answered the phone. When I asked what the hourly rate was she very clearly let me know that she didn’t know and that she was a lawyer, not a receptionist and should not have answered the phone. I let her know how extremely rude she was and there was no apology. All I got was another I’m not trying to be rude, but I do not know. I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.
