I have my Brother Bill to thank for finding Matt’s practice! He picked the perfect lawyer for me, out of the “zillions” possible! While, I’m definitely not a lawyer, Matt & his great assistant Jennifer, turned out to be perfect for my situation! They carefully explained the process of Chapter 7 bankruptcy & made sure all the necessary forms were filed! Life is a lot less stressful these days! It’s not that all my problems have “magically” disappeared, but I feel like I am in control again! And not at the mercy of predatory banks & the pressure of growing debt!Obviously, I highly recommend you, my lawyer, Matt Foley & his very caring & Jennifer along with his very able assistants! He untangled what could have been a financial “nightmare” & tamed it into something I understand better, & am able to cope with!Not being “financially ept”, which initially “landed me” in this trouble! Even better,…Matt sends me a “tip” list of suggestions to avoid further financial difficulty,…that led to my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy! The ideas are much appreciated & I am collecting them in a binder, to help me avoid further financial problems & learn from this “experience” to “avoid future pitfalls”! Obviously,… I highly recommend Matthew & Jennifer’s practice! My brother recommended you initially & after this admittedly scary experience! I have to agree, you were wonderful and very supportive! I would highly recommend them! What is even nicer, He prints out tips to avoid future financial problems,…Great advice! He could easily write a “book about avoiding financial problems & bankruptcy for financial “Dummies!”

I would like to say Mr. Henry Beam, Jr. represented my neice in a case and helped her get her life back together. He was such a professional in his field. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney in his field. He is a person/attorney who truly cares about justice and cares for his clients as people in need of his expertise. I was truly smitten by his professionalism, honesty and total careing demeanor. It was obvious he is well respected in his field as an Attorney At Law. We need more just like him!!
