Jason Cox, his father Garth Cox and Sandy Meizlish took on our case about 4 years ago. This case was complex to say the least as I was wildly attacked in front of a place of business. I suffered a severe brain injury which required life saving emergency brain surgery. I was devastated physically and to make things worse, my family was devastated financially as it would eventually lead to the loss of my business after developing epilepsy. This is a job well done. A little over 4 1/2 years ago our lives would change forever. My family and I were brought to our knees, and I was a broken man. It has been the fight of my life these last few years to try and put the pieces back together. This settlement will get us back on our feet and will put me back on the offense. This gives my family and myself the chance that we needed to rebuild and move forward with our lives. It doesn’t take a genius to know that this case was quite complex and it wouldn’t have taken much for us to lose. I’m grateful that it’s finally over and thankful that I had all of you on my side. 6 months ago my employer decided not to pay me and my fellow emts and medics for 3 weeks of pay and laid us off. One of the emts created a class action lawsuit for us and we got our pay and more thanks to this law office. The employer tried to get one by them too by giving net wage info instead of gross wages and the law office caught them. They were also incredibly friendly and personable.
