Howard Bailey is the definition of professionalism. From the initial consultation with Mr. Bailey he was very down to earth and responsive to my questions. He made me feel comfortable and at no time made me feel he was selling me high hopes. He is a realist and I appreciate that. He answered all my questions in his office and we kept touch via email for updates on my case. All in all I guess all cases are different but in my situation it was a pretty fast turnaround. Being we are still in a pandemic I expected to wait a lot longer than I actually did for my final outcome.
