I recently contacted this office and Todd Baily called me back within a day…..I told him my sad story of my brother’s passing and some beneficiaries challenges, fiduciary incompetence and other sorted tales of betrayal……. Long story short, Mr. Baily listened carefully and while he wasn’t the one to help me, checked some case law and gave me some other firms to call.
