I truly say that over the last past 2 years since I’ve known them and up to this moment that the Bagolie Friedman has built a positive rapport with me in a short period of time and giving me a specific and honest feedback – Mr Friedman knows how to lead a client and meet his/her needs. I have also been ghosted for a few months. I have been in contact with ricky since last year but all communications have dropped a few months ago.

I have been their client since early 2021. I can’t get an appointment, a call back, email or a text message from his office. I appeared in his office several times this year & he was unavailable to meet me. Plus I left voice messages, emails & I receive no response. I am severely disappointed in their lack of or no communication from Bagolie. I have many updates regarding my health to share with him & detailed that in my messages & still no one from his office contacted me. Mr. Bagolie’s no action, no attempt to contact me to discuss my case is completely unprofessional. His office has expressed to me that my case is of minor importance to them. I need to move on with my case. Mr. Bagolie I hope you read this & understand that I am unimpressed with your office & with your lack of correspondence.
