Attorney Mergl was given my case with short notice. In three days he knew every single detail of the case we were about to enter. This attorney refuses to cooperate with the Mercer County Bar Association. That tells you his caliber of professionalism. Add to this, the picture the glowing review of his client, M Kelly, also portrayed as his office assistant. Matt was the contact and accepted payments…not always reflected on my statement. By the way, Matt seems to be back where Mergl first found him. I will be contacting the State disciplinary board.
