Would not do a thing for my wife whose knee requires a complete replacement due to a misdiagnosis; my wife has gone through 2 years of unnecessary pain due to this misdiagnosis. Told my wife it wasn’t “catastrophic enough”. What they meant was, “we weren’t rich enough to bother with”
