If you have an accident case as mine which was a lawsuit against a careless truck driver who was on the phone completely distracted and you sue him for damages after you ended seriously hurt with 10 broken ribs, a broken sternum, a broken foot, an injured back and right knee in addition of two collapsed lungs, This lifted truck hit me at 50 miles an hour after he passed his red light. The accident was NOT my fault. Attorney Farkas COMPLETELY LOST IN COURT. I was disabled for two years. and he never prepared any kind of evidence even after the police determined that the truck was a fault. He never hired an accident expert as he said and came to court completely unprepared. A complete inept attorney who got out of shape in the middle of my trial , the Judge had to stop in the middle of the hearing and give Attorney Farkas an hour and a half break.
