I had a slip and fall accident in December of 2014, in a Target Store. I went and saw Frederick Altman. I had alot of pain in my back. He took the case, with little to really go on. It was going to be a bit of a difficult case to win. We communicated occasionally. I moved to a different State in 2018. Frederick called and I told him I had moved. He never gave up on me. He told me it may go to court. I am unable to travel very far, due to bad back pain. So, Frederick asked me if I could get a Doctor’s note, verifying that I was unable to make the trip to NY for court. I sent him the note, and eventually, he won my case. He never gave up. He promised me he would do the best he could. Taking my case wasn’t a big win for him, so I know he was fighting for me. I’m so happy you never gave up on me, Frederick. I honestly thought you might. Chances of this case getting anywhere, was going to be tough. But, you made it happen. Talking with you, and everyone in your office was always a pleasant experience. You are all so helpful.
