My experience as a client at Alpert Schreyer Poe has been outstanding. Attorney Jason Miller worked extensively/diligently to fight my case. I was charged with dwi (due to wacky DRE) and dui (blew a .04). I chose this firm because i saw they were experts in handling DRE cases. And was that claim true! Mr. Miller was able to get the both charges expunged and lessened to a lesser charge, that was not a conviction- a citation. It resulted in being a minor traffic offense- like a speeding ticket. There was no conviction and I received PBJ , which meant no points being put on my license. As of a result for the work this law firm did for me i can now be stress-free and continue my journey to become a healthcare professional without worrying about a criminal offense being on my record. The entire staff at Alpert Schreyer Poe is nothing short of exemplary. But i want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Keri Olivero and the entire paralegal team. From day one they have been nothing but immensely helpful throughout the entire process. If you follow and complete the homework in good faith and proper intentions you will be in stellar hands. I contacted Alpert Schreyer’s firm immediately after receiving charges for a DUI. The reviews for this firm were amazing. Christian Hartman talked to me within an hour of reaching out to the firm. The next week they had my homework plan ready for me to work on. Christian is very honest and doesn’t promise a pleasant experience, but if you do the work the result will far exceed the result if you do nothing. Being a second offender and a pretty cut and dry guilty case for the prosecution; he was able to convince the judge that a probation before judgement verdict and limited jail time was a good option. I am very pleased with the results, the judge was impressed with the homework, and being an out of state person I may not lose my license in my home state due to not having a guilty conviction.
