Personal Injury Litigation
Listened to my case, felt like he empathized with my situation, then, all the way up until my court appointment came up, the only thing he had done was help me get basic information. And when I actually GOT to court, he didn’t say anything. Basically left me out to dry with practically ZERO advocation after I had waited almost a year and a half for the court appointment If he sees you as a losing case, it seems he’ll represent you long enough to see how much of a chance you have, then when the chances look bleak, he taps out from the case – at least that’s what it felt like He at one point tried to convince me to basically drop the case, and I had to ask him if he was actually trying to win, or if he was just going to keep trying to discourage me – which, in the end, he released me from his services not long after the court date, once I started doubting his efforts My assumption is because I’m on the younger end of the spectrum, since he started to talk to me like I didn’t understand the circumstances and suggested I just, “Go mow some lawns” for a livable wage. Which, aside from being insulting, is disconnected from how the world has actually operated for a while now, and shows how surface level his knowledge/empathy is when dealing with the very people he’s serving Long story short: Don’t go here if you’re young; he’s old-fashioned and only fights for you if your case seems winnable. Don’t know how he treats those who are elderly/older, but it’s probably better than what I got
incompetent
Great litigator
