Andrew Emerson of Lobozzo Law firm handled our criminal trespass case. We lost at a jury trial and filed a magnificent 30 page appeal. It was so strong the D. A. ‘s office wrote one paragraph response saying they didn’t develop enough evidence at trial to prevail in the appeal process.

This was the first case a guilty verdict by jury that was ever reversed in the Maine Supreme Court according to the clerk who had been there for 15 years.

I am late writing my review. I had a court case in Portland and I have chosen Allen after reading others reviews. I came to him with so much worrying and stress because I was looking for someone to help me in a custody case and criminal. Allen was very knowledgeable and took my case for the criminal matter with no problems. His target was no jail time and for me to pay no fees or little . I honestly thought that would be impossible for him but Allen was meant to be a lawyer from his kindness and knowledge of the law . He is very reasonable( price wise) . However, he handle my case so beautiful that I wish I could of paid him more than I did. He save my life and left an open gate for me to get my life back on track after some bad decisions I made. I got dismissed cases with Allen (off my record) and very happy with my outcome. Allen was my one shot at putting this behind me and I wasn’t disappointed. I didn’t feel hopeless anymore.I said his name to another lawyer in Portland and he said “ Allen is a good lawyer. I began to smile while feeling myself . Thanks Allen Lobozzo!
