I hope everyone will notice all the bad reviews. They are without a doubt lost on my case I wrote reviews on. I didn’t lie to anyone about my case. They took my money and never even contacted the insurance company I had gotten sued from. I paid them $1500.00 to do absolutely nothing. I really like the childish answers and excuses they left for them being incompetent. I went to another lawyer and they had no problems working out a payment plan that i can afford. I am on disability and everyone understood that and I only have to pay a tenth of what I owed. NASHLAW couldn’t even call the people I owed the money too. NASHLAW took my money and did absolutely nothing. Don’t let these worthless people get to you because they will lie and try to make it seem that everything was the clients fault. They are bad liars and know very little. They are always playing the blame game and will not own up to anything. I sure they have spent hours trying to make up good reviews to try to save there business. They can lie all they want but soon as people find the truth they will be out of business.

If it weren’t for my bank statement, I’d seriously wonder if hiring this attorney was just a figment of my imagination. I engaged their services on April 16th 2024 & have regretted it ever since. Despite the initial contact on the day of payment, I had no further interaction with my attorney. According to their own contract, they are supposed to update me on my case every two weeks, which is laughable given that it was over a month with no communication whatsoever. I’d reached out for updates multiple times only to be met with the same dismissive response: “We’ll give them your message; they’ll call you back.” Not once did I received a return call from my attorney.

Since the day I paid them, my only interactions have been with people who answer the phone, take my message, and swear I’ll get a call back, which never comes. I did miss one call from them during the first week, but since then, Id been glued to my phone, waiting for any word from my attorney, with absolutely no response. The last correspondence I had was on May 15th 2024 with via email , and a text message on May 30th 2024 stating they were in court and would get back to me, which they never did. It is now almost the end of June, meaning it has been a month with no contact from anyone, which goes against their own contract.

The level of unprofessionalism displayed by this firm is astounding. I have all the receipts to prove that I did, indeed, hire an attorney. My call logs and emails show the initial contact, but even this early correspondence was fraught with issues, such as incorrect email addresses on important documents that required multiple corrections.

Since that initial contact, it has been a one-sided effort on my part to get any response from them. I am no more informed about my case now than I was on the day I hired them. This level of service is beyond unacceptable. I find it inconceivable that in over two months, I haven’t been able to speak to my attorney or even receive a call back.

I’ve given them until Friday to respond and address my concerns, but frankly, I don’t expect to hear from them. I will be seeking new legal representation first thing Monday morning, and once my case is resolved, I intend to have this matter thoroughly investigated.

I’ve dealt with numerous attorneys before and have never experienced such appalling, unprofessional conduct. After paying them, I was essentially left in the dark. If my bank account weren’t $2,000 lighter, I’d swear this ordeal was just a bad dream.

I would strongly advise against using this firm unless you are looking to throw your money away. Never in my life have I had to struggle this hard to communicate with my attorney, and never have I been treated with such disregard. Save yourself the trouble and find a firm that values and respects its clients.

UPDATE :

On July 1st, I received a response a few hours after submitting my termination letter. The representative I corresponded with apologized for the previous lack of communication and expressed a desire to discuss the matter further. I am open to taking the call.

This morning, July 2nd, they called at 9:30 as promised. However, due to a recent update on my phone that enabled spam settings without my knowledge, the call was automatically blocked. Consequently, I did not have the option to answer. I called back and spoke with someone who attempted to connect me with the person who just called but informed me that they were unavailable. Today’s communication issues were my fault, not theirs.

I appreciate their apologies and the efforts they have made to reach out now. I will be posting regular updates as to how this situation progresses.

UPDATE: My case is still not resolved (Feb 9,2025) I’m no closer just confused as to what I even paid them for 🤷‍♀️ The treatment I received is flat out negligent & criminal. They took my money for absolutely nothing. Do NOT hire them you’d get the same results flushing your $ down the toilet. They don’t deserve the 1 star I can’t wait to have this looked into by a real attorney. After firing them & leaving a review was when they finally reached out & the guy I emailed with was nice but painfully unequipped. I was essentially my own paralegal and for a firm that specializes in DUI cases I find it absurd I had to send him the waivers from the TN DMVs website. He had absolutely no idea about them even though that was my whole reason for hiring them. The way they handled my case or the lack of i should say is beyond unacceptable it’s negligent & illegal. They didn’t stick to their own contract and after firing them & emailing back & forth I’ve had more help from the local DMV. My case is not a hard one it’s as easy as you can get the case is settled i essentially just moved. They wasted months of my time, made me do their jobs basically & ignored me for over a month (that’s why I fired them) I could’ve saved myself time & money & essentially gotten the same results if I’d have just flushed my 2,000$ down the toilet. I find it absolutely unbelievable how I was treated & I will have this thoroughly investigated once my original case is finally handled.
