Jonathan is an attorney who represents individuals in personal injury and employment matters. In his employment practice, Jonathan represents employees who were victims of sexual harassment, retaliation, or were discriminated against by their employer due to their gender, race, age, sexual orientation or disability. In his personal injury practice, Jonathan represents individuals who were injured in car and trucking collisions, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, and slip and falls. Jonathan also represents victims of sexual assault. Jonathan has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.

Jonathan was raised in Florida and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Miami with a degree in International Studies and Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law in New York City. Jonathan has served as the President of the Fordham Law Alumni Association, Los Angeles Chapter. He is a member of the State Bar of California and admitted to the U.S. District Court Central District of California. Jonathan is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (“CAALA”).

In 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, Super Lawyers recognized Jonathan as a “Rising Star”, an honour reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Only 2.5% of attorneys in Southern California receive this distinction.
